We are situated on the A149 (Coast Road) just as you are leaving Wells-next-the -Sea in a westerly direction.

From Cromer Direction.

Stay on the A149 Coast Road through Wells-next-the-Sea. You will pass the Church and Bowling Green pub. At the T-Junction, by the Funeral Directors, turn right towards Burnham Market and Hunstanton (still on the A149 Coast Road). After about 1/4 mile the road bends to the left, continue another 1/4 mile and Heritage House is situated on the left hand side, adjacent to Wells Cottage Hospital, just as you are leaving Wells-next-the-Sea.

From Hunstanton Direction

After passing through Holkham along the Coast Road (past the Victoria Inn on you right hand side), the road bends shaply to the right, by a disused railway bridge, continue up a slight hill and the roadbends back sharply to the left. Heritage House is situated a few hundred yards on the right hand side, hust after Wells Cottage Hospital.

From Fakenham

From the A148 Fakenham "by-pass" take the B1146 signposted Wells. Continue along the B1105 for around 8 miles. You enter Wells-next-the-Sea down 2 Furlong Hill, past the Funeral Directors on the right and the road becomes the A149 Coast Road towards Hunstanton. After about 1/4 mile the road bends to the left, continue another 1/4 mile and Heritage House is situated on the left hand side, adjacent to Wells Cottage Hospital, just as you are leaving Wells-next-the-Sea.
